Monica was born with a love of fashion, design, and all things aesthetically pleasing. To say it is in her DNA is an understatement. With an innate sense of style and outgoing personality she is able to put a unique touch to even the most challenging of projects. Her thirteen year career has spanned everything from appraisals to a home decor boutique owner. Monica is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate field and we are lucky to have her on our team.

Mindy has come to the design world through trial, error, and a lot of hard work. With a background in construction and renovation she is able to see a space for its possibilities not its drawbacks. She is a fun loving person who enjoys the personal connection with her clients that real estate offers. Whether the task at hand is moving interior walls or simply updating fabrics Mindy has the experience to assist you in all your design needs.
